Do I use Curl Enhancer or wet or dry hair?

Windle Curl Enhancer can be scrunched into towel dried hair to add hold and define the hairs natural curl pattern. Alternatively you can use on dry hair to refresh and prolong second day curls.

Will Curl Enhancer leave my hair feeling stiff or sticky?

Curl Enhancer contains an enzyme that gives this product its unique tacky texture. This enzyme binds curls and creates bounce. Curl Enhancer dries down quickly and does not leave the hair feeling sticky or stiff, instead you have soft protected curls that you can run your fingers through.
