Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unopened.
  • In their original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Not getting the results you expected?

Before returning your product, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. Our haircare specialists are often able to offer personalised advice on how to use your products, recommend the best routine for your hair type or suggest an alternative product that may be better suited to your needs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To help us investigate, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, where possible.

Once we've assessed the issue, we'll work with you to provide the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or exchange. Where applicable, we will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund before it appears in your account.


WAM Electrical Tools

12-Month Product Guarantee

WAM electrical tools are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase against defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship.

The guarantee covers both replacement parts and labour where applicable.

To make a claim under the guarantee, please provide:

  • Your proof of purchase.
  • The faulty product.

The guarantee does not cover faults resulting from:

  • Accidental damage.
  • Misuse or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Failure to follow the operating instructions.

Faulty WAM Products

If you believe your WAM electrical tool has developed a fault during the guarantee period, please contact our Customer Care team before returning your item.

Once inspected, we'll repair, replace or refund the product where appropriate and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
