Driven by a passion for pure ingredients and a commitment to quality over quantity, Paul founded Windle Lab. Working alongside a like-minded team, he set out to create a no-stone-unturned approach to haircare: inclusive, sustainable, and uncompromising in performance.

We offer a refill service and have a refill bar at our London salon to reduce packaging waste. Our production site is a producer of solar power and produces more power than we use to make the products.
