CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Originally from Lecce, Italy, Sergio has called London home since the ’90s. He joined Windle in the mid-2000s and brings global experience from fashion weeks and editorial shoots. Known for his playful yet refined approach, Sergio treats hair like fabric — shaping texture and movement into effortless, modern styles, all with warmth, energy, and a loyal following.

Stylist

Kei began his career at Windle London in 1999 and went on to become an international session stylist, working with Vogue, W, and major fashion houses. He’s styled actors, musicians, and models, yet still values his time in the salon. Windle remains his creative home — a place where he brings editorial experience to everyday hair.

Mia began her training at the London College of Fashion, later returning as a hairstyling lecturer for over a decade. She joined Windle in the early ’90s and became a key educator and stylist. Known for her precision cutting and deep product knowledge, Mia helped develop the award-winning Windle Lab range, all while maintaining a loyal, long-standing clientele.

Giuseppe began his career in the ’90s in his uncle’s barbershop before moving to London to focus on women’s hair. He joined Windle in 2000, where he’s built a loyal clientele and plays a key role in the education team. Creative beyond the salon, Giuseppe also sculpts in clay, a passion that reflects his artistic approach to hair.

Colourist

Takashi began his career in Tokyo before moving to London to train with a renowned colourist. He joined Windle in 2001 and has spent over 20 years specialising in colour. A mentor to many and a regular at industry events, Takashi combines deep colour theory with a tailored approach to help clients find the right shade and technique.

Hong has been a colourist for over 20 years and joined Windle London in 2018. A Wella Master Colourist, she blends creativity with precision, from bold transformations to subtle, natural tones. Her experience spans continents and includes work with industry leaders and celebrities, all while tailoring colour to suit each client’s style, personality, and complexion.

Isha is one of the founding members of the Windle London team since the early 90’s. She has dedicated her craft of colouring and styling, her great sense of attention to detail varies from natural soft colouring to the bold and the beautiful. Tailoring her style set to her clients needs is Isha’s forte.

Ravi has over 20 years of experience in cutting and styling, and joined Windle in 2007. She’s worked backstage at fashion weeks for brands like Dior and Burberry, and was part of the TV show How to Look Good Naked. Known for her thoughtful approach, Ravi has a special focus on curly and textured hair, shaped by her global experience.

Originally from Peru, Nicole trained in one of Canada’s top salons over 15 years ago and has since taken her skills around the world. Now based in London, she brings energy and warmth to Windle London. Her signature style celebrates natural texture, creating wearable looks with flair that reflect her upbeat and expressive approach to hairdressing.

Tara began her hairdressing career in Mayfair before joining Windle London in 2007. She’s known for her calm, intuitive approach and her love of working with all hair types. Drawing on backstage experience and London life, she brings creativity and care to every appointment, always focused on creating effortless, versatile styles with a strong sense of suitability and skill.

Originally from Kyoto, Lisa has been in the hairdressing industry for over 15 years and joined Windle London in 2016. Colourist

Originally from Moldova and raised in Italy, Natalia began her hairdressing career before moving to London to refine her colouring skills. She sees colour as a powerful way to transform or enhance natural beauty. Alongside salon work, Natalia also styles hair for weddings and photoshoots, bringing both expertise and a warm, positive energy to every setting.

With over 10 years of experience, Jenny is a versatile stylist skilled in cutting, colouring, and straightening. She specialises in the Yuko straightening system, having trained at the Mayfair flagship store. Her deep understanding of chemical processes and hair health allows her to deliver lasting results with care, earning her a loyal and growing client base.

Peter is a stylist and colour expert at Windle London, known for his seamless balayage, natural tones, and effortlessly chic cuts. He also specialises in both modern and vintage hair-up styling. With experience working with brands like Bvlgari and Vivienne Westwood, Peter combines fashion-forward skill with a personalised approach that leaves clients feeling confident and looking their best.

With over 30 years of experience, Sharon has shaped the London hairdressing scene through top salons, international shows, and editorial work. Back at Windle, she brings her expert touch to cutting, colouring, and styling. Known for her collaborative, thoughtful approach, Sharon creates styles that boost confidence and are easy to maintain, always tailored to suit each individual client.

She brings fresh energy and creativity to every appointment, working closely with clients to reflect their personal style. Daniel trained with Charles Worthington and has over 25 years of experience in cutting, styling, and colouring. Known for his friendly, detail-focused approach, he creates contemporary looks that suit each client’s features, style, and hair texture. Whether it’s a trim or a full restyle, Daniel ensures clients leave feeling confident and able to maintain their look at home.

Julia is a Hair and Makeup Artist with over a decade of global experience, from Europe to Asia. Her work has featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and more, earning her the Digital Makeup Artist Award from German VOGUE. Now part of the Windle team, Julia also represents Balmain Hair Extensions, known for her creativity, warmth, and versatile artistry.

Ashita, Suzanne, Yulia, Yana, and Inna are our dedicated assistants, each bringing enthusiasm and care to the salon experience. From greeting clients and shampooing to supporting the senior team, they help uphold the high standards Windle is known for.
