Delivery Information
FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £35.
Every order is carefully packed and fully tracked from dispatch through to delivery.
At Windle LAB, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, adverse weather conditions or customs clearance for international shipments.

UK Delivery Information
Orders received before 10:00 am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day when the UK Next Day Delivery service is selected.
UK Standard Delivery orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday) and are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Please allow an additional 2–4 working days for deliveries to:
- Scottish Highlands
- Aberdeen
- Northern Ireland
- Other remote or rural locations
Some remote postcodes may have limited delivery services available.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver online orders to the Channel Islands.
Delivery Signatures
Windle LAB Haircare Products are normally delivered without requiring a signature.
WAM Electrical Tools require a signature upon delivery.
International Duties & Taxes
European Union (EU)
Orders shipped to European Union countries with a value of up to €150 include the applicable local VAT at checkout through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.
In most cases, you should not be charged VAT again when your order is delivered.
Orders with a value exceeding €150 are not covered by the IOSS scheme and may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in accordance with your country's regulations.
United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs processing fees depending on the order value and current U.S. Customs regulations.
These charges are not collected by Windle LAB. Where applicable, they are assessed by U.S. Customs and collected by the delivery carrier before or at the time of delivery.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country.
Rest of the World
Orders shipped outside the UK, European Union and USA may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs regulations vary by country, and customs clearance may occasionally result in additional delivery time.
Customs Delays
International deliveries may occasionally experience delays whilst being processed by customs authorities. Unfortunately, these delays are outside our control and delivery estimates should be regarded as a guide only.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order.
Windle LAB cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional charges or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.
