The Windle one-day course offers professional stylists a focused, creative space to refine their cutting and styling skills. Inspired by the brand’s strong editorial heritage, it encourages a thoughtful approach to technique, visual references, and tool selection. Expect a balance of structure and creativity that can be applied confidently behind the chair.
ONE DAY COURSE
Editorial Haircuts & Finishing Techniques
This one day course will feature a combination of techniques and knowledge of tool selection to master the skills required for the finished looks Featuring one classic and one trend-based look inspired by fashion editorial imagery.
The hairstylist will learn the importance of visual imagery and its communication. The looks combine classic cutting techniques for shape and structure along with freehand techniques for texture and movement.
Styling techniques will also feature a combination of techniques, product use plus tools selection knowledge; to master the skills required for the finished looks.
INFORMATION & BOOKING
Day: Sunday or Monday.
Time: 10:30am – 4:30pm.
Max attendance: 5 guests.
Each look will feature a short presentation then a live demonstration by the educator. This will be followed by a hands-on class.
The hairstylist will need:
- Dolly head with long hair (20 inches minimum length).
- Cutting and styling kit including hot tools.
- Windle will provide tripods/clamps for the dolly heads along with all styling products.
Attendance fee: £300.00/or equivalent points per guest.
